    Abstract：

    中等职业教育担负着培养生产服务一线高素质劳动者和技能型人才的重要职能.办好中等职业教育,培养学生良好的综合素质,使学生能够以饱满的热情走向工作岗位,适应工作岗位,甚至走向创业之路是实现中国梦急需解决的问题.因此,中职学校除了根据职业岗位的要求有针对性地实施文化知识与职业技能教育外,更应该全面推进学生的综合素质教育,培养应用技能型高素质人才.说到底就是"坐下来能写,站起来能说,走出去能干"的能力.
