    Abstract：

    国有土地上房屋征收问题是国家发展、提高民生的重要问题，房屋的征收关系到征收者及被征收者的利益。所以国有土地上房屋征收补偿管理是房屋征收中的重中之重，只有制定合理的相关房屋征收补偿管理政策，才能保证房屋的公平征收，土地的顺利收回，为社会的发展提供更大的空间，为城市建设节省更多的时间。本文将结合相关工作经验，提出我国国有土地上房屋征收与补偿制度的完善建议，希望能为相关人员提供理论参考依据。
