教师在传统模式下的教学方针正面临新课标新教材的时候出现的很多不相适应的现象,而老师的固有教学理念也要及时进行更新调整.现在的初中英语教学更加重视学生的全面发展,全面锻炼培养学生的听说读写的技能.而老师也要提高教学任务,这时候,我们就要采用差异化教学.
