    随着教育事业的不断改革,中学教育事业的铺开,"以人为本"的教学模式受到了社会各界的广泛关注.中学生教育阶段,在实施体育教学的过程中,既要让学生体会到学习体育的乐趣,也要进一步提高课堂的教学效率,逐步解决中学体育教育中存在的各项问题,从而提升中学体育教育的发展水平.
