在小学数学教学中实现因材施教的教学理念,更能突出学生学习的主体性,实现面向全体学生、全程参与、全面发展,使不同层次的学生都可以得到不同程度的发展.要真正实现因材施教,确立学生的主体地位,这样才能符合学生的最近发展区,促进每个学生个体的长期发展.
