    兴趣是孩子最好的老师,有了兴趣,学习就成功了一半,兴趣决定着学习的效率.伟大的教育家苏霍姆林斯基说:"热烈的学习愿望、明确的学习目的,是学生学习活动时最重要的动因".因此培养和激发学生学习的兴趣,对老师来说至关重要.作为一名英语教师,多年来,我潜心研究如何激发和培养小学生学习英语的兴趣,帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心,使他们在学习过程中发展综合运用英语语言的能力.
