    初中数学学困生的形成主要有学生的兴趣、意志、方法、教师等因素;转化初中数学学困生的关键因素是教师的教学观、学生观.转化学困生,教师要更新教育观念,优先实现面向学困生;要优化课堂教学;要在知识方面寻根求源,使数学教学生活化;要改变教与学的方式;要改变评价机制;为整个初中学困生的转化作出应有的贡献.
