    班主任工作琐碎且繁杂,需要班主任老师耗费大量的时间和精力.笔者作为一位新手班主任,在班级管理方面总结如下几点做法:其一,转变观念,养成习惯;其二,狠抓常规,制度合理;其三,培养骨干,树立典型;其四,引导舆论,凝心聚力;其五,利用资源,家校合力.
