Abstract：
当前我国社会经济发展速度加快，人们的生活水平也在不断提升，同时我国也开始进入到老龄化社会，养老问题成为国家比较关注的一项重要工作。鉴于老年人的身心实际情况和内心的诉求，国家开始注重建设医养结合型的养老建筑，为老年人提供完善的生活住所。本文将分析医养结合型的养老建筑设计存在的问题，探索养老设施建筑设计的有效策略。
