    Abstract：

    随着信息技术的不断发展,各行各业应用信息技术程度不断增加.建设数字化校园成了高效发展的趋势,对人事档案管理工作有极大的影响.本文分析了信息系统应用于高校人事档案管理的重要意义,并提出了信息系统在高校人事档案管理系统的创新应用,能够有效提高人事档案管理的规范化与科学化.
