Abstract：
小组合作学习就是把全体学生划分为若干个小组,每一个小组成员之间能够互帮互助,共同学习.这种教学模式改变了以往的讲授模式,根据教师与学生之间的互动与交流,改变了教师与学生、学生与学生间沟通的课堂传授效果,这样能够有效地提高学生的学习兴趣,培养小学生的沟通能力与合作意识.根据笔者在教学方面多年积累的丰富经验,针对小组合作学习在小学数学教学中的应用做出以下的分析,希望对小学数学教师有一定的帮助.
