    Abstract：

    听完好些老师的低年级比武课,常见老师在台上"唱戏",部分孩子却无视老师的"主导",而在座位上"我行我素".老师也想改变这种状况,却束手无策.为什么呢?严肃点吧,怕吓着孩子.和颜悦色地提醒着吧,一次有效,两次尚可,三次抬眼望望,四次充耳不闻……孩子上课注意力不集中,课堂教学又怎能在教学效果的称杆上称得出好斤两呢?
