Abstract：
在我国人才培养战略中,高职英语的教育被十分重视.而语言作为交流的一个首要工具,提升跨文化交际水平仍依靠外语学科的教学,其人文性很大程度上决定了通识教育的本质.通识教育与培养跨文化交际能力二者中存在内在联系的哲学依据主要透过通识教育的语义、理念、实践以及探寻现今形式来追溯;跨文化能力组成的架构表明中国应当力求培养多学科交叉跨文化交际方面的人才.
