Abstract：
随着我国现代化建设的不断加强，基础建筑业也在飞速发展，从而也间接地导致了建筑业界的激烈竞争，以至于有些公司采取不合理合法的恶意竞争手段进行资源的掠夺，是以在施工中进行详细的造价预结算审核变得尤为重要，也能更好地保证项目的平稳有序的进一步进行，本文就其要点进行简述分析，从而避免因其在现实生活中出现的事故，使工程顺利完工。
