Abstract：
随着教育事业的不断发展,教育部门所重视的不仅仅只是素质教育,更多的是要求学生德智体美全面发展,体育这门课程也随之被重视起来.虽然大多数学校都认识到体育课程的重要性,积极地开展与体育相关的活动.可对于初中阶段的大部分学生来讲,体育课的时间大多都用在了闲聊上,而并不懂得学校为什么要设立体育课这一门课程.本文以初中体育的高效教学方法为研究主题,对体育课的教学进行分析,希望能以此帮助教师们拓展新的教学角度,为学生提供更为有利的学习环境和氛围.
