    Abstract：

    在初中语文教学中大多教师都选用传统的以教师为主体的教学模式进行授课.但这种教学模式也会有它的弊端忽视了学生的自然发展,使学生初中语文阅读学习的效率降低.随着教育事业的发展,目前格外注意学生的学习效率、身心发展及如何让学生全面发展.所以结合初中生的身心发展特点在初中语文阅读教学中提出了"少教多学"的教学理念,语文阅读能力的掌握对初中生来说格外重要,所以教师要留出更多的时间来让学生进行语文阅读训练.以下内容分析了"少教多学"的教学理念以及如何运用"少教多学"的教学模式.
