Abstract：
体育课程是初中课程中十分重要的部分,初中生唯有体魄健康,方才可以提升学习效率.目前,伴随体育教学的革新,耐力训练也逐渐引起了人们的广泛重视.作为初中体育课上一种常见的教学手段,分组教学法能促进初中生更加积极、主动地上好耐力课程.基于此,本文从体育中考角度,概述了分组教学法,并探讨了这种教法在耐力项目环节的运用,仅供参考.
