Abstract：
在初中的数学学习中,每个学生的基础都是不一样的,用正常的教学方法不能充分考虑到每个学生的差异,也不能满足不同层次的需求,这对学生积极性的提高没有益处.教学必须促进学生发展,尊重学生的人格与个性.在初中阶段实行分层教学就很好地贯彻了这一点.本文主要讨论在初中阶段的数学教学中如何实行分层教学.
