随着我国的教育事业得到了国家的大力支持,各个地方的教育水平也在不断发展.这样一来,学生的综合素养成了老师们要研究的新的重点,传统教育模式和教育体系中的教育方法已经不适用于现在的学生.希素质教育理念下要求各位高中班主任可以做到角色的转变、培养属于自己的教师团队和学生监督团队、并建立起优秀的班风和学风,潜移默化影响学生的身心发展.
