    项目资金的绩效管理是近年来行政事业单位财务工作中的重点，也是保障单位事业发展的重要路径。本文从工作实践出发，以温州市图书馆为研究样本，提炼出行业绩效项目资金管理中的问题和难点，并提出优化对策，对公共图书馆绩效管理中的共性问题起指导作用。
