    Abstract：

    后进生一般是指品德方面后进或品行、学习均为后进的学生.后进生的表现往往与班级发展要求不相适应,他们不但会影响一些处于中间状态的学生,打击先进学生,还会在一定程度上妨碍班级教学和管理工作的进行,是制约班集体健康发展的负面影响力量.如果对这类学生不闻不问,任其发展,不仅班级工作难以开展,同时班级的前途也很堪忧.因此,作为教师就应花大量时间与精力了解后进生的心理特征,并探索转化的良策,相信后进生会取得进步.在教学工作中,对于转化后进生的工作,应注意哪些问题呢,下面谈谈我的一些体会.
