    以现代教育思想为先导,建设以学为本的模式,坚持学为主体,真正做到因材施教,因学施教.让学生发挥潜能,主动学习,自主探究,勇于质疑,善于拓展,大胆创新,切实改变低效或无效教学的状况.教师在指导学生进行建构学科知识体系过程中发挥自己的优势和特长,努力形成符合学科实际且具有个性富有特色的科学课堂教学有效性策略体系,用以指导学生进行有效学习,最终提高小学科学课堂教学的有效性.
