    Abstract：

    随着我国高校教育事业的发展,人们也越来越重视高校体育教学活动的开展,拓展训练也就成为高校开展体育教学活动中的一项重要内容,拓展训练不仅有利于增强大学生的身心素质,而且还有利于培养大学生的团队合作精神,所以拓展训练被广泛应用于高校体育教学活动的开展中.本文以此为出发点,详细分析拓展训练在高校体育教学中的应用.
