    本文以四川省冕宁中学校为例,分享普通高中帮扶精准扶贫户学生成长成才的积极探索与实践.一是利用好"家访"这把钥匙,结合实际动态调整帮扶措施;二是重视精神帮扶,建立长效激励机制;三是建立循环不间断帮扶机制,让扶贫助弱的火炬持续相传.
