    随着人们物质生活水平的不断提升,对内在文化需求愈加强烈.尤其是在现代流行音乐文化背景之下,如何培养中学生更高的音乐素养,成为当前中学音乐教学的重点和难点.本文首先阐述了现代流行音乐背景之下,我国中学音乐教学中暴露的问题,然后针对问题提出了应对策略,望对业界人士提供有效地参考意见.
