Abstract：
国际间文化交流融合是全球化发展的必然趋势,中俄企业交流的日益深化也促使市场提升了对于俄语人才跨文化交际能力的要求.本文立足于高职院校中俄跨文化交际教学课程的实际需求,提出了以能力培养为本位的"三位一体"跨文化教学设计与实践的相关改革理念,具有现实意义.
