    工匠精神是现阶段下我国的企业中所或缺的一种精神，而作为技能型人才教育基地的技校，教师在进行教学的过程中要能够转变自身的教学观念，创新教学方式，结合中国传统文化以及相关的活动来加强学生对于工匠精神的认识，还应该要营造良好的工匠精神环境，结合生活中的一些实例，促进学生的工匠精神的培养。
