小学中长跑是基础的教学学科之一,要求学生进行全面的体育锻炼,提高体育素质教育时,教师需要从学生的角度寻找科学的中长跑教学方法,以使中长跑教学的内容更具实质性,并能有效地提高小学生的体育综合素养.基于此,本文章对浅谈小学体育教学中中长跑训练,以供相关从业人员参考.
