    工匠精神对于现代社会人才培养起着至关重要的作用。作为高职院校，应当重视学生工匠精神的教育和引导，把工匠精神与高职课程结合起来，更新教学案例，结合教学实践，在教学内容中融入工匠精神，培养学生对工匠精神的深入理解与代入，并且在教学生活中逐渐渗透，让学生学以致用，真正做到工匠精神与专业知识相融合。
