Abstract：
通过几年酒店服务技能竞赛辅导的研究和总结，本文从酒店服务赛项的竞赛梯队建设、竞赛准备、选手选拔、竞赛培训计划和内容以及训练策略等方面进行了有效探索，提出了建立教师竞赛辅导、学生竞赛梯队建设、建立系统和高效的训练方法及建议，探索出一套有效竞赛辅导策略，以提高竞赛选手专业酒店服务竞赛成绩，达到“以赛促学、以赛促教”的目的，同时也可供酒店服务项目竞赛辅导参考使用。
