    Abstract：

    由于我国各类基础设施建设规模的不断扩大,在一定程度上推动建筑行业的迅猛发展.建筑工程项目的投资额比较大,增加管理难度,使得建筑工程造价管控中存在较多问题,为了进一步提高建筑工程造价动态管控水平,本文简要介绍了建筑工程造价动态控制途径与施工方案的技术经济分析,提高项目资金的利用率,希望可以给相关学者提供一定的参考与帮助.
