    现阶段,随着社会的发展,我国的城镇化建设的发展也有了很大的改善.住房问题既是民生问题也是发展问题,关系到千家万户的切身利益.而保障性住房建设更是党和政府为解决困难家庭住房问题而实施的一项惠民政策,能够为困难家庭起到雪中送炭、兜底保障的作用,是意义重大的民生工程,从中央到地方,再到基层干部职工、普通群众都十分关切.
