    随着社会的生产和发展,村民的生活水平不断提高,基本上都已实现了通电、通水、通路、通话等,特别是有些经济基础较好的村镇在基础设施建设上进行了大量的投入,改善了人居环境,成为宜居、宜人、舒适的村镇.加强村镇基础建设,是村镇物质文明和精神文明建设的基础,有利于加强村镇环境保护,满足居民生活和社会发展的需要.
