    房屋建设工程中最常见的问题是地基的施工技术问题,由于地基偏软,如果将软土作为地基,其房屋建设工程会具有不安全、稳定性差等特点,由此可见提高房屋建筑施工中的地基施工技术水平是施工单位亟待解决的首要任务.文章针对现阶段我国房屋建筑施工中的地基施工技术进行探讨,并提出有效的建议和措施.
