    造价管理一直以来都是整个工程管理中的关键内容,对于实现企业效益有着十分重要的作用,因此企业必须加强对建筑工程造价的有效管理,从而减少成本的盲目投入,提高工程建设的效率.本文简单介绍了目前工程造价存在的问题,同时并提出相应解决途径,从而有效推进整个建筑行业的可持续发展.
