孤山航电枢纽工程地处丹江口水库库尾,受丹江口水位雍高顶托,一期全年围堰主河床截流形成高水位大流速施工特点.截流采用料源大部分来自枢纽下游侧江心孤山岛,施工期在保证汉江江水正常下泻的条件下合理的填筑江心水上道路.道路填筑和主河床截流分别在孤山岛的左右岸,截流窗口期前左侧河床江心道路拆除间隙期短.通过本工程主河床的截流,高水头大流量一期全年围堰主河床截流积累了一定的经验.
