Abstract：
国家和社会发展对人才的需求带来了人才培养机制和人才选拔机制的改革。此次改革后，“专业导向”的考录模式将“倒逼”学校指导学生进行职业生涯规划，选考将成为亮点。培养中学生初步的生涯意识和生涯能力，做好未来人生的准备，将是中学教育的重要内容。本文将从如何开展生涯规划教育来指导学生选课的视角进行探索，从而总结适合湘西中学开展的生涯规划教育，使其在指导学生选课上发挥有效作用。
