Abstract：
随着我国教育体制的改革,社会对创新型人才的需求越来越多,尤其是针对初中数学教育来说,数学学科本来就是一门比较抽象和理论性强的学科。为了培养学生的创新能力,提高学生们数学学科的成绩,教师应着重地改变自己的教学理念,跟上时代的步伐,这样才能够培养出优秀的创新型人才。
