Abstract：

教学评价是教学总结也是教学反思，能够帮助教师更好落实因材施教目标，也可以用评价锻炼学生的探究能力、培养学生的数学综合素质；而为了发挥教学评价的作用，转化评价的积极结果，需要初中数学教师首先制定恰当的评价标准，并鼓励师生之间的双向评价，同时能把握合理评价时机，使评价激发学生的热情，带动学生全面发展。
