    Abstract：

    新课标下，初中物理教师开展教学，重视帮助学生构建明确课程学习目标，激发出学生学习物理的动机与兴趣，使学生能够主动学习。同时，教师还应依据不同学生学习需要，分层进行教学管理，关注学生个体化差异，使得各种学习水平学生能够学有所得。教师还可通过构建多样化评价体系，建立学生学习自信心，充分发挥出评价激励功效，助力学生物理能力不断提高，提高物理教学有效性。
