Abstract：
《全日制义务教育语文课程标准（实验稿）》（2001年）将语文综合性学习板块单独列出，同识字与写字、阅读、写作、口语交际并列成为义务教育四学段的一个重要形态，并对其学段目标和内容提出明确要求，对其进行了系统而具体的教学安排指导。“双减”政策的出台意味着强化校园主阵地、促进教育公平、提高教育质量成为教育发展的未来趋势，减压减负却不减质，高效语文课堂与语文综合性学习关系密切。
