Abstract：
加强热轧厂水处理操作系统的自动化以及智能化设计，可以大大提高了水处理远程集中操作效率，优化人力配置，减少人工劳动强度。在实际研究中需要以热轧厂水处理工艺的具体流程为核心，根据水处理远程集中操作系统进行硬件设计和软件设计，并对水泵自动控制系统以及安全监控功能进行分析，提高热轧厂水处理远程集中操作水平。
