现在的中职学生，是一群既让人头疼又让人心疼的孩子们，初为中职班主任，迷茫无助，但是通过自己不断的读书学习和向前辈学习，三年多的班主任工作中，始终把立德树人贯穿于教育全程，注重养成教育，努力做好学生的教育者、生活的导师和道德的引路人。
