Abstract：
群众体育运动的发展对体育强国建设的相关指标有直接和间接地影响。直接影响是，直接影响表现为群众体育的深入开展增加民众运动的投入程度，增加运动人数的总体数量与品质等;间接因素主要表现为群众体育的发展以提高运动普及程度，并推动了竞技运动的可持续发展;群众体育的发展，使人民运动欣赏意识能力得以增强等。
