    Abstract：

    人口老龄化已对我国经济与社会发展产生深刻的影响，我国居家养老服务存在不平衡不充分的特点。通过参与观察、半结构访谈和文献研究的方式从基本状况和优势特点对新乡市S居家养老服务管理中心进行介绍。从服务理念、服务对象和服务目标三个方面对社会工作介入管理中心的可行性进行分析，并从社会工作的价值理念、方法技巧、理论发展三个方面对介入管理中心的必要性进行论证。
