Abstract：
进入21世纪以来，随着我国经济的快速增长，整个社会形态也发生着很大的革新，在社会主义建设的当下，我国对于人才的需求从专业化更加向综合化的方向转变，而人才的培养又离不开教育，所以要满足社会市场的人才需求，首先就要学校进行一系列的教育机制的革新，本文立足于前沿的工程管理专业，探讨新形势下的创业人才培养模式。
