Abstract：
我国经济的快速发展和城镇化生活水平的提高，在一定程度上导致了我国城市的土地资源出现短缺的社会现象，这使得我国建筑行业中的高层房屋建筑工程技术越来越受到重视。由于高层房屋建筑工程技术较为复杂，周期性较长，工程中所涉及的技术较多，因此，如何保障工程的质量，就需要对高层房屋建筑工程技术进行管理和控制，对此本文进行了分析，希望能为高层房屋建筑工程技术管理提供参考。
