Abstract：
随着人们经济水平的提升，对房屋建筑的要求也相应较高，建筑行业得到了蓬勃的发展。如今人们更加提倡绿色建筑，以更加绿色节能的建筑材料以及施工技术来实现房屋建筑工程建设，此外最重要的就是绿色节能施工技术的应用能够对资源进行合理分配，减少不必要的消耗，同时还能够有效的提升房屋建筑的质量以及使用寿命，是实现建筑行业可持续发展的重要手段。
