Abstract：

建筑项目系统处于优化改进阶段，很多前沿科技、原料、办法不断应用于建筑实践，促使了建筑行业的发展。建筑工程单位若要获取更高的经济效益，需要寻找到新的办法。建筑项目建设现场管理是极为重要的管理工作，提高现场管理的效果需要拟定科学的管理办法，提升建设速度、建设效果，从而达到提升经济效益的目的。
