Abstract：
随着新课程改革的不断深化，初中语文教育教学也迎来了诸多新的挑战。为保证教育教学效果，教师需要重视发挥学生的主体作用，鼓励学生主动学习课堂知识，并积极参与到学习活动中，通过自主合作学习能够培养学生团队精神，有助于学生彼此协同，实现共同进步。基于自主合作学习的特征出发，明确初中语文教育教学中学生自主合作学习能力培养的价值，促进初中语文教育教学目标的实现。
